Your results are all wrong.

You don't include color like that.

I got this error despite being a USCF certified TD with a certified affiliate, can anyone help?

Did you become a TD for the club recently? It takes a day or two for a new TD to be actually approved through the backend. Make sure the affiliate ID is entered correctly as well on the crosstable page.

Not only that but you have to be set up as an authorized TD in the affiliate. Just having it listed doesn't necessarily mean you're allowed to submit events as a TD.

Yes I saw that. I am authorized as a TD for the affiliate now, thanks.
