You can only get titles through OTB regular rated play.

The events in the club have an U1450 (chess.com) section

No. Only OTB regular rated games can get a title.

It depends on the time control. (base+increment)

5-10 minutes is Online Blitz
11-29 is Online Quick
30+ is Online Regular

Can you get a title just by playing the online tournament?

Avatar of DecanPlayzChess2013

Like only going to one OTB tournament and going to 20 online tournaments

So does it like contribute?

No, NM can only be achieved through OTB Regular rated events. If you have a bunch of online events, it's possible you won't have to play all 26 games in order to get an established rating though.

How soon after a tournament are the results posted, and is there a list of members and their USCF ID so we can check for ourselves who we faced?

The events get submitted on average between 7-10 days after the events but can take longer. Everything through 4/13 has already been submitted.

Bullet isn't a ratable time control.
