I think they were asking for people to volunteer to be tournament directors a couple of months back, maybe worth volunteering?

Our sister group 'Groovera and Movers' is for tournaments with open ratings if you want a really hard challenge. We are always on the lookout for 'pro-active' admins. All our tournaments are 'No Vacation'.

Dont want 600 - 800 players in there and yet you also say "I like being challenged by higher players, and I am sure there are others. who do too" seems a little double standardish?
