training matches?

I wonder if we should start an in group swiss tournament or something just to give each other tips and such. Perhaps the stronger players could even challenge the weaker players like myself and impart some tips or something.

livechess has been such a bs with its bugs and disconnections. So if anything I can only go for online games [correspondence] so that disconnections won't affect my result and rating. If anyone wants a match [best of 3 or 5] then I am okay with it but preferably without any database help.

It depends on your ISP. I've only had 3-4 disconnects in 98 games. Kupov sees less. I prefer live chess because it has much more in common with over-the-board chess, but there's room on this site for all methods of play I reckon. :)
