Trust No One

Roles
👑 King – Wants to survive and find the Phantom Knight.
👑 Queen – Same goal as King; if both King and Queen die, good team is in big trouble.
🤴 Prince – Trusted role; can try to protect or defend people.
👸 Princess – Similar to Prince; usually believed, but could be lying.
🛡️ Knights – Loyal to the King/Queen; try to find and vote out the Phantom Knight.
🧑‍🌾 Civilians/Peasants – Just regular people; they vote and try to spot lies.
👻 Phantom Knight (Imposter) – Secret traitor. Tries to eliminate royals and stay hidden.
You can adjust how many of each depending on your group size.

Setup
Write roles on small pieces of paper.
Shuffle and hand one to each player in secret.
Everyone looks at their role but doesn’t show anyone.
 
Game Phases
Each “round” has two parts:

1. Night Phase (Eyes Closed)
Everyone closes their eyes.
The narrator says: “Phantom Knight, awaken.”
Phantom Knight opens eyes and silently points at one player to “eliminate.”
Phantom Knight closes eyes again.
2. Day Phase (Eyes Open)
Narrator announces who was eliminated.
That player is out and can’t talk or vote.
Now everyone talks, accuses, defends:People can claim: “I’m the Prince!” or “I’m a Knight!” even if they’re lying.
Players try to figure out who’s acting sus.
After discussion, everyone votes on one person to banish.
The voted person reveals their role and is out.
Then a new night starts, and it repeats.

Winning
Good Team (King/Queen/Prince/Princess/Knights/Peasants) wins if:

The Phantom Knight is voted out.
Phantom Knight wins if:

The King and Queen are both eliminated
or
Only a few players are left and they can’t outvote the Phantom Knight.
 
Optional Cool Twists
Royal Guard Knight – Can secretly protect one person per night (narrator asks them after Phantom Knight chooses).
Spy Peasant – Once per game, can ask the narrator (in secret) if a chosen player is royal or not.
