Ultimate Tic Tac Toe

Only place to do this and I absolutely hate here but let's get started. 
Rules (Simple):
1. The game consists of a large tic tac toe board with tic tac toe boards inside each of the larger squares.
2. The team who starts will put the X/O anywhere on the board. Let's say they put it in the middle on the top left larger square. Now the next team has to go to the larger square with correspondes with what the previous team put so they would have to put the X/O in the Middle larger square anywhere and this rules countinues. 
3. When someone wins the smaller game of tic tac toe then that entire square is theres.
4. If you get sent to a square which match has already ended then you can place your X/O anywhere.
5. The person who gets a straight line or diagonal with larger squares wins.
6. Each team will have a gc and they will have 24 hours to make their move.

Let's have X start. You guys have a day to decide where to put the x.

O Team, you guys have 1 day to make your move, You Have to move in the center board.

X team, you guys have 1 day to make your move. You Have to move in the top right board.

This isn't very fair for team O

Starting first gives you a bit of an advantage, and the way it is going, X could start on every game, non?

Well, SOMEbody has to start first, and we can always play best of five or something to even it out. This isn't like normal tic-tac toe though where it's a forced draw
