Give or take a few hundred points

I looked to see what games you played on chess.com: you are playing short time limits (Bullet, Blitz,) whereas most USCF tournaments have much longer time controls. This requires more accurate play and a different playing style altogether. I would recommend playing longer time controls on the internet such as 60+30 or 45+30. Yeh, you are going to run into cheaters, but you will learn more, and this will carry over into USCF ratings. I note your Daily score is also low.

I mean, if it is, I am rated 615 regular and 1218 quick USCF. My regular is low because I hardly ever get to play classical tournaments.

Yeah, I’m 1500 rapid, 1600-1700 blitz, and 1800-1900 bullet online, and I’m 1063 USCF OTB.

You are right about that part but I don't really like daily that much and I think I play a lot worse in it because both players have a lot of time

You are right about my daily: I have played exactly 2 games and won both. But I just don't like playing these games. This goes for correspondence games as well. I don't enjoy them and don't like being tied down to a game for days at a time. Good luck on your quest!

You are right, daily games can be difficult to keep up with at times, but they are good for when you only have a few minutes to play instead of say 20 consecutive minutes for a rapid game. I had over 500 games for several months, and I believe that they have helped me tremendously.
