Yep, three years in just a few more weeks, at least for rated events, though the club has been active a little longer ![]()

I just joined USCF, how do I go about getting rated?
Play US Chess rated games. You have a few choices. If any Affiliates in your area are still running over the board (OTB) events, then playing in those will get you an OTB rating.
Then there are Online rated events, like the ones held in this club. There are other affilates that also run events, so playing online is a way to get a US Chess Online rating.
Dear @Martin_Stahl
Last night during the tournament, I received a blue notification re: Fair Play. Not certain if this was sent to everyone, why, or if it targeted me only.
But just in case, I do not believe or practice cheating; for I aim to learn win or lose. Cheating teaches one nothing!
That is besides the fact that I am Fair Play certified. I want to win or lose fair and square.
For the first time ever during last night match everything went smoothly.
Thank you Martin_Stahl

If it was a blue banner were you watching another game?

For those that want to check out all the tourneys after they get rated, you can check out the following USCF Affiliate page and check out all the rated events and crosstables there.
