Usually about 3 weeks. And check your tournaments played page as well. Shows up there first. That's what I have noticed.
USCF rating

Hi,
I played a U1400 tournament for the first time on Dec 23, 2023 and I ranked 2nd. But I don't see the rating published on uscf website. I thought it was a rated tournament but it was my first time so maybe I am misunderstanding something. Any guidance on when the ratings get published on uscf and also which tournaments here are rated here, will be helpful. Thank you.
It's always very slow to post the result to USCF, more than 2 weeks ~~. So no hurry.

Yeah depends on the organizers usually. All tournaments here are rated I think

When will the USCF U1450 Blitz be sent to USCF? the one yesterday?
usually 2-3 weeks

I don't know where everyone is getting the 2-3 weeks from. That's your tournament director, not US Chess! We hold a saturday tournament and we turn the results in saturday evening. The ratings post on your tournament history on either Sunday or Monday. We have never (14 years) turned in a result on Saturday and even had to wait a week. Quad, blitz, Swiss, Scholastic championship, state champion ship, 4 players, 400 players, I've never seen US Chess without notice, take more than 2-4 days. The Ratings Supplement comes out once a month. When it comes to ratings and results, if it's taking 2-3 weeks to post in your, "Tournament History"find out when the TD is sending the results to US Chess!
In tournaments played on chess.com for USCF online rating, games have to go through fair play double checks which is part (most?) of the delay. But yes, the vast majority of OTB chess tournaments are typically rated within less than a week and USCF is pretty good at keeping up to date.
And also, besides paying for your USCF membership, these are free tournaments. Waiting a couple of weeks is not the biggest deal.

I've been playing these online tournaments for about a year and they usually take about 2-3 weeks. Yes, it is more thoroughly checked because cheaters are much more likely online.

I was talking about over the board. I have no idea how long online events take, but now I'm curious!?
