Consider spending some time in self-observation. What part of chess is your strengths, and where do you struggle? If you do tactics, don't just look at the total score, check it by the type of tactics, there may be some specific tactics that are difficult to you. Practice those.
Endgames? Nervousness or fear when you are attacked? Whatever it is-- work on that. Look at your games. Where do you make your mistakes? When? In a winning position when you are too eager to win? In a losing position where you mentally resign instead of fighting back? Spend a couple of weeks keeping notes, just observing.
Once you discover a pattern, put your study time there.
