i want to become a uscf member online. how to become one? i am not a member of this club, but i had this doubt, and since the forums are open, i thought i could ask.

Hi ... last week Thursday night 8/20/20 I submitted the form with the US Chess info to apply to this online club and also clicked the 'Join' button for the club.
Since then I saw that the online members for the club increased from 2815 to 2820 so some verifications did go through ... but it doesn't appear that any progress was yet made on my request.
I have no messages or notifications on chess.com so I just wanted to check if somehow I missed a step somewhere.

The new members were people who had previously been verified and either had expired previously and renewed, had never requested access, or had left and rejoined the club
Unfortunately the US Chess office hasn't verified forms for a couple of weeks. Hopefully they will do so soon.

It can take a matter of minutes if you have all the correct information. I left you a note and a reply to your chat request. Your form could not be verified. You need to add your chess.com username to your US Chess profile/login. If you've done that, you need to be sure the name on the form exactly matches what you put there.

however, there is only one little problem. I can pay only in INR. I can't pay money in dollars. I know that credit cards allow it, but yet, I can only pay in INR for a reason. any way I can? and if you cannot answer this question, can you at least provide me a link to uschess.org official support staff?

There are links on the US Chess site; but it's very possible they can only take payment in US dollars.

You either did not fill out the verification form or filled one out in the past without adding your chess.com username to your US Chess profile. Those steps are required to be able to be verified and be in the club.
How will I know when the USCF verifies me?
When that is done, your request to join will be approved.
