I need it for recognize them in case of using these accidentally or incidentally in my variants, for apply the emblem.

I already have plans for one or two variants (one is infinite chess with multiple piece moves per turn). I normally don't like to make new variants, unless there is someone who already wants to play it.
Your idea is good, but do already have an opponent who wants to play it?

I'm a new member in the Musketeer club. I don't understand clubs yet because this is my first one. (I joined the cheaters club, but I never go there). My first question, is it OK to add the Musketeer emblems to the work we create? I use the pieces, but what about the emblems like the crossed swords:
