How often does this happen to you?
I just tried it probably 25 times using FF and only managed to recreate it once. And then refreshing the page fixed it.
V3 bug - archive not loading

On my tiny laptop (with Intel atom Z3735F), it happens very often, especially on profiles that have a short description (you can click on "games" too fast without scrolling down). In fact, I was even wondering where the game archive was in V3.
On a more powerful computer, it is harder to reproduce, but it can still happen.
Today, it didn't even load at all, even if I wait, refresh or change browser.
edit: It was temporary, now it is back to how I described it in the first post.

Okay, thank you for the info.
We are working to bring down the page load time which I think is the solution here.

Note than when it happens, waiting does not work, it will only load after I refresh (and wait) or select another tab (trophies or activity) and then click the "games" tab again.

I noticed that if you go to a profile page and you click on "Games" fast enough before the page has finished loading, it will only show current games, and game archive will never load.
It was easier to reproduce in Firefox 57 but does also happen in Opera 49
I don't think this has been reported yet.
