From this "original" position and  White to move….mate in ONE !    Otherwise normally , it's interesting to know who proposed this "odd" ('s)  game position  ?!    ; a suicidal Black maniac capable only of  ambivalent Knight and Rook  manoeuvres  or a White egoist fearful of losing when lawfully required to move more than once in this potentially legal penultimate move game position .  Perhaps a Problem Book classic ?

I didn't think that it would need to be "spelt out".....but, of course , it must be BLACK to move if the legitimately arrived-at  position resulted from rule-based play AND IT CAN BE !    ; …..  not forgetting , that the thought provoking  position is a logically facetious one requiring  a facetious logical response giving respect to the proposer .
