I see the 2 hours there but not the 12 days.
Although that last picture is a different type of picture.
In the previous two by you - there was a "39" twice.
And Elroch's diagram 2 posts back was another type of diagram.

When he goes on vacation, you have to put your cursor over the vacation sign.

As of now, @Markierockstar is not on vacation and is down to 17 hours on the clock, which would only be consistent with @GeneralChang's post from 9 hours ago if he came off vacation almost immediately after it (since 2 + 24 - 9 = 17).

I just had it set to tile instead of list. This was so we had the position as well, so we could see easily if moves had been made.

More moves played, @Markierockstar is back to 23 hours on the clock with no use of vacation. Perfectly normal and nothing to complain about.

I wish I screenshot early but he went from 31 hours to 4 days.

Yes, if you had got a screenshot earlier and you had snapped his vacation time remaining each time, we could see what happened. I am sure you will succeed in doing that very soon if this is really happening.

I have confirmed that logging in and out while on vacation leaves the times the same to the minute.

I also found that (contrary to what I guessed) the vacation time remaining is not reduced by 24 hours immediately you go on vacation, which means it must be when you come off vacation (as chess.com made a policy decision that it uses at least 24 hours of vacation time every time you use vacation).
