Black was foolish to have accepted the draw offer since they were almost two pawns up when the offer was made.
I believe actions which "END the game" such as:
A) Resigning
B) Offering a draw
C) Accepting a draw offer
should be discussed and agreed upon by the team as a whole and not voted by any individual member of the team without first having suggested the action to the team and allowing adequate time for discussion.
We do not intend any insult to any opponent by continuing to play. These are not competitive games. We do not participate in tournaments. These games are played for their learning value and if members of the team want to continue playing they should be allowed to continue.
