STRATEGIC GOALS FOR 2026

Daily Games

• Break into the Top 250 in the club leaderboard and accumulate 25000+ total points

• Maintain a 70%+ win rate in Daily Games

• Compete in at least one marquee match with 100+ boards

Performance & Competitions

• Earn 25+ medals across tournaments through the year

• Achieve at least 1 podium finish in vote chess and arena matches

• Achieve 3+ medals in 960 tournaments

Growth & Activity

• Reach 500+ active members with an average rating of 1400+

• Maintain a timeout ratio <5% across all matches

PLAN OF ACTION FOR 2026

Match Activity & Scheduling

• Target playing 500+ matches and 350+ wins in 2026

• Have at least one 1 day/move, 2 days/move, 3 days/move, and 960 match open at any point of time

Tournament Focus Areas

• For standard chess, participate in all major tournaments in the 1200–1800 range, and selected open events

• For 960 chess, participate in all major tournaments in the U1600 range, and selected open events

• Have at least one arena match per week 

QUARTER 1 ROADMAP (Jan–Mar 2026)

Daily Matches

• Schedule at least 1 match/day

• Target creating 100+ daily games in Q1

Tournament Priorities

• Target 35+ points in the 1 WL Winter Championship

• Target 6+ medals across all tournaments

• Focus on accumulating 400+ total points in PCL Super Bingo
