Good stuff. Got an open seek for a match going currently. I was gonna challenge the #1 team in the world, but thought we could save that for the second match.

Once the match is set up, how will it work? Will there be just a certain group of players voting on the moves, or will it be open to everyone?
It should be open to everyone who is participating.

@leekaiser @yorygog It seems there is a setting of how many players per team... This match defaulted to 5v5, however I would try and set it to unlimited moving forward!

Hey Gang!
It's been a while since there's been any mention of vote chess in the forum, so I figured to create a new post.
Although there's something to be said for being able to make moves under time pressure, I believe taking time to read the board and analyze positions produces a deeper understanding-- especially for beginner-intermediate level players.
If daily chess encourages more accurate play-- how much more when we all put our heads together and discuss each move!
For that reason, I was glad to see that the previous captains were implementing the strategy of discussing moves for 2 days, and then voting on the 3rd day once we're all on the same page.
Hopefully there will be a solid base of players participating in these games, and we'll all be able to learn from each other!
