I doubt sabotage is the problem, we just need people who actually want to discuss to figure out the best move.
Maybe join the clubs that establish this system?

I have a couple big issues with this club:
One is the lack of high rated active players. I often end up facing players 200 points above my elo in team matches. Do we just need to recruit better?
This is the most important issue: I feel like this club just has a bad atmosphere. Nobody talks or chats like ever. Every now and then the owner of the club will randomly start 10 team matches against teams that totally outmatch us and just hope that people will join. There's no sense of community or friendliness whatsoever here. I hope this will change, and that this can turn into a great club. For now... I don't know what to do.

I'm 700 daily and got paired up with 1400. I have beaten (at live chess) a friend that says that is 1200,but 1400?
I mean I've defeated 1700s, once in a casual OTB game, and once in a bullet game, and I drew an 1800, but it doesn't mean I like facing these players who are significantly better than me

Not to mention that we have so many timeouts, and the owner of this club is responsible for many of them. Y’all! Only join matches where you’re actually willing to play the games!
Hi everyone! I've been seeing a lot of mistakes in vote chess recently, caused by people not discussing and just voting for a random move. This is especially true for anyone under 1000. Engaging in the comment section is critical to help us win. We should be talking things out, not leaving everyone to their own devices and seeing what happens! Can we have some official club guidelines on this topic? In one game, we blundered a piece in the opening! This is not a sustainable way to play vote chess.
