I'm willing as long as there's more time. I'd like at least two days -- ideally with no voting allowed on the first day so everyone has a chance to comment, but since I don't think that's possible maybe we can all just agree not to vote during the first 24 hours.
Vote Chess Games?

Ok, I will try to see about getting another vote chess game going; maybe against another group of professionals, if possible. I will definitely try to avoid games with really large groups. I know there is a group of engineers here; maybe also a group of doctors or other professions. And for now, I will go with only one game, so we are not overwhelmed; as well as have a time limit of at least two days.
And yes, I think it would defintely be a good idea to ask our members who want to join such teams to avoid voting for at least the first 24 hours, to instead discuss our moves, hopefully reaching a consensus before voting. That, I think, it is most important factor in winning vote chess games.
Thanks!

I contacted a friend of mine who is the group leader for an engineers group here to see if they would like to have a vote chess game with us. I told him we would like to have the game be at least 2 days per move. We will see if they are interested. If not, I will try to see about contacting another group.

At least 2 days, preferably 3. One was too short. I enjoyed seeing how the better players think this through.

Wanted to let you all know I didn't hear back from the person I asked who runs this engineers group (ENGINEERS), but I found another engineers group here (Engineer group), so I challenged them. I set it up as a 3 days per move game. We will see if they accept.

I just noticed that the super admin of the Engineer Group that I challenged has not logged in since July, so I think that group is dormant. I will try to see if I can find another group that will play us a vote chess game. Perhaps I may even take an open challenge. We will see if I can get a new game for us asap.
Well, guys, we just finished our vote chess game with Rapid Chess. It was a good one; although a bit difficult at times given the one day per turn time limit.
Do you guys want to start another game? Only one at a time; if more, how many? What about time limits? I think having only one day per move is too short; maybe three days per move, so we can discuss the moves before voting. Thoughts? Thanks!
