Vote chess team members

Some members of our club have send their name for their registration in our vote chess team.

Now we have to choose among them

We have to choose like that fist of all we will go on their profile and see they were acceptable of not 

If they were accepted then we will choose among them.

I think first add some old members and ask new members as partner players and if their work is good them promote them as a member of the Team

And Rest of things can be left of Divyansh because he is vote chess department leader and without his permission/suggestion this decision is incomplete.
