That's the North-Korean way. You're given one option, now - vote it. We haven't lost yet a single game, have we? We've won one on time - maybe because the opponent was waiting for their captain to give them an order to vote. That's no fun at all.

I agrre with plastiks, but if someone justs post a vote, they potentially can post a "blunder", which is what a "useless" vote. So admitting that your vote may be a blunder so your "team" may help you cast a better vote is "smarter vote chess". And if the blunder is casts first and the vote is a tie then "Mr. I never blunder" has blown it all for the rest of the team. Think about it, ask for others to look at your vote, then cast what you think is best. Have fun.

Yes, granny, yes...

Umm... What has happened is that I've lost interest in voting at all... I check the games, maybe comment, but I don't actually vote. I just don't feel like I'm really playing the game, just waiting for someone to tell me how to vote. I learned the rules of the game a year ago and I am certainly not the master of it, I make horrible mistakes. Even so, maybe we should be free to vote whatever we feel is the best, in order to become more passioned and devoted. Everyone should just puplicy their vote and others could comment the move as rubbish or brilliant and act recommendately. We'd learn a lot from each other and even if we failed we'd be playing as who we really are, but as a team... sorry about my english.

I disagree with you not voting Plastiks. Vote chess is a tool  to help you see the game different. It is always better for the lower rateds on the team to comment their ideas first, and not vote until a higher rated teammate has "helped". Your idea may be the "best", but if a higher rated "can explain" why a different move is "better", then your vote will be cast toward the "best line of play". Then as a team our "voted" lines of play become stronger. This should also help the lower rateds learn "better attacks and better defensive ideas"? If no one has taken the time to explain a "better line of play", then maybe your vote is the best vote! So you wait and cast your vote and see that others have voted the same way.

Technically sometimes there is only "a best move". Helpful, I am?...
