Ehm, about the vote chess,
although it seems democratic that everyone can vote for their own move,
wouldn't it be better if we look at eachothers reasoning before voting?
'cause it might be that other people have a (relatively) *better* move but you don't see any sense in it. Therefore giving your motivation for a move, "before" voting, can be enlightning to others. Or they might refute your idea with good arguments. In any case, a discussion and giving your view on a good move can only be for the best of the *group-vote*.
Besides, shouldn't we play as a team?

Even though a lively discussion over a move could make it more fun as well,
i don't like the idea of better players dominating the vote,
It's just i would like to encourage the -playing as a team-spirit,
cause i thought that's what's vote-chess is about, gathering your strengths
to fight out the group-battle:]
