We have to speak about the move here on the forum, or in the chess game itself. So we can agree the move we make. Not that one player votes one thing and another player votes completely something else. First discus (hope this is the right word) it with the team.
vote chess

Agreed, i have joined a few vote games, and no one is discussing anything.
So i dont know who is actually making the moves.
The private section of the vote game is where it needs to be discussed, but i have seen people discuss it in the public section, both sides see that.

I spoke to another player about this, and he suggested.
What should a participant do in a Vote Chess Game? 1 Analyze a position, 2 Suggest a move. 3 Demonstrate why that is the best according to an analysis that must be shown. 4 Listen to others. 5 Compare and join to make a consensus. 5 Give the go signal to start casting the vote for the chosen candidate move. There must be a captain or a moderator.

Sure, I'd like to get more people involved in this, so we can get a system that everybody agrees too, and we can get it implemented. I'd hate to have people argue about what they feel is the best move to make, everybody has a different playing style.
Another system is: Everybody tells on the forum their move with explenation and the highest ranked player make the choice what move we finally make. This is with or without discussing the moves.

No I think it definitely needs to be discussion.
Highest rated player I think can chose which one he/she thinks is the best move, then we vote on that. Highest rated player makes the moves when a majority rules move has b een selected by the group. Otherwise, its not a 'vote' team, rather a highest rated player move.
New to vote chess myself, but i have noticed that there is not enough communication between members before a move is made.
We need to set some rules and guidelines.
I'm thinking either a team captain,
someone and the only one responsible for making the actual moves, but only after the team has voted and come to a decision.
or, we have an admin make the moves and the same principles apply as stated above, after a group decision is made.
I'm open to ideas and comments. I really want this group to excel and improve
