It happens ALL the time. I have lost to TONS of 1800s in my life at US Chess. Once, I played over the board a 2400. he was actually a IM. It was classical. I got close to winning. I was not cheating. There might be like a 5% for that guy who is accused for cheating to win. But that guy, he could be cheating. A few things could have happened: Maybe his IM brother went to play for him. Maybe he just had his lucky day. Maybe the 2400 had a bad day. Lots of answers to this. I dare you, come up with ways to reject it. If I can get close to doing it, anyone can. It's probably only 500-point difference.
