Yes Sorim you are right,

Vote chess is really a good way to sharpen our chess skill.
Sorim, you take the responsibility for Vote chess and make sure our team players' contirbution adds value to the team and as well themselves.

Send across the group about the details on how to play vote chess.

Thanks, Aarwin

I've found that knowing the best 13th move in the classical Caro-Kann is less important than learning some tactics and strategy. I'm not that good at chess, but I have played a couple of National Masters on ICC and chess.com (And beat one in bullet), and it seems like they're one trick ponies, because they will always use tactics such as forking and pins to punish bad playing. Also, something that I learned from Silman's The Amateur's Mind is that you should always have a plan when you're playing. I would recommend reading all of Heisman's Novice Nook articles on chesscafe, since they're really good for beginners and intermediates. It's found here http://www.chesscafe.com/heisman/heisman.htm
