I want to register Team Washington DC in division 4

is it possible to register Team Rostock for World Cities League 2025.... i thought have signed it but i havent obiously... @Jabba-Ranks

Unfortunately, there are no free slots left in the WCL 2025 divisions. Rostock might enter as a substitute if some teams turn out to be unresponsive in round 1. But this can only be determined at the beginning of November.
