The World Cup of Chess Openings is finally under way. There are ten teams competing in the Black tournament, and the plan is to make it a 5 round Swiss. When 9 of the first round games are completed, the plan is to ask dpruess to adjudicate the result of the 10th game, and then use the first round results as a basis to calculate the second round pairings, winners vs. winners and losers vs. losers.
