We got 3rd rank in One World league

I hope everyone knows that today we got 3rd rank in one World league.

Please read this form till the last.

We have done very hard work got 3rd rank in arena. But the only 7 players have done really hard work.

But what about rest?

@Shikharthechampionn is the only player because of which we were on 3rd rank 

So from today I want some of our team members to support me on this topic.

Who want to support me post a comment below and I Hove everyone will tell their suggestions to make our club more active.

This is really a major problem

We have one player who contribute such high amount of points,

But this create a lot of pressure on shikhar that without him we cant win,

Shikhar has really spend 6-7 hrs on playing and this really disturb his other activitey.

We need more players, currently i don't have any idea because in such events after 1 hr only high rated players play and all low rated go away . and if a low rated players try to play then he will only lose and give other club advantage because other club only have high rated players.

According to me we need to collect more and more players and ask them to play in first 2 hrs.

in first 2 hrs they can collect points and if our club reach 100 points in 1st 2 hrs then this will give a  solid advantage to us.

I also think that in arena only high rated players can survive.

Low rated players can only survive until when there are low rated players in other club and generally some club did not permit low rated players to play

Well what i have noticed is that in Clubs such as Volga Team ,Team Russia ,Team Iran and other's like Mikhal Chigorin or whatever it's name is and few more clubs which are mostly on the top mostly get more points because the players play as many games as they can ,like they literally grind it for 10-12 hrs in these 24hrs events and the more you play ,the more you get points .In our club only Shikhar Bhai play so consistently ,in other clubs ,they more more members like that ,in our club currently we have only one .Like even if we call players for first 2 hrs ,it wouldn't make a much difference because the thing is that we will gain advantage for only 2hrs after that the rest of 22hrs only Shikhar will play but in the other teams will try to do it for 24 hrs and that makes the difference .

I think we need to invite some high rated players who can spend atleat 5-6 hours playing in arena. We can also invite foreign players who can play when it is night in India.

bro there were many players who  can play for our club but the main problem is that why will they play for our club?

Most of high rated players will accept invitation but they will never play for even 1 hour for our club.

the reason behind this is that we can not give anything to them and if we will agreed to make them even super admin then also they will not play for many hours because there were many clubs who were agreed to make them super admin

Well I guess foreign players would never play for our team and why would they? Also I guess no use of inviting them, as most of them will just disable the notification and just be there for "NAME".Saying this because I have never saw any foreign player saying anything in the notes like very few and that also like " I am not from India, can I join this ? "Or like that and after that they are invisible. So expecting support from them especially in live arenas is useless, in daily games some of them can but not in live torneys. 

Secondly, it's not necessary that only high rated will play. Low rated can also contribute equally . I am not saying that there should not be high rated but the thing is we need more "CONSISTENT" players than "Higher rates players"
