i feel to 1.nf3,d5,c4,d4!?is best line for black to play for win.black gets very suitable position in it rather than going for slow and big complicated line

For white Giuoco piano as it is very attacking... And for black pirc defence helps black to control d5

I don't think that there is one best opening. If I have to say then as a fixed repertoire I would say the Ruy Lopez with white, open Sicilian against Sicilian and 3.Nc3 aginst both French and Caro Kann, 

With black QGD against 1.d4 and Najdorf against e4. There should always be some surprises so with white Kings gambit/ Wings gambit/ evans gambit. With black against 1.d4 the Budapestt/ Albin counter gambit. if you re in a must win situation against strong opposition then 1.e4 nd withblack Sicilian against 1.e4 and semi-slav against 1.d4
