As you all know, it is my job to post a puzzle once a week, and here it is!
Explanation:
This pattern is called the "Greek Gift" sacrifice.
The threat is Qh5 and a discovered attack by removing the Bishop, so Black needs to prevent Qh5 from coming. If 2. Ng5! is met with 2...g6, then 3. Qf3 and White can make gains on the positional point of Black's weakened dark-squares near their King.
