Weird 1700 Rated Player

So I was playing some unrated games and I went against a guy who is nearly 1700 and I beat him! But he was too easy because he kept making stupid mistakes! I captured both of his rooks in 2 moves and I still had 2 rooks! And chess.com thought he was 1050!

I'm sure you guys have experienced something like this, right? Let me know what you think.
