So, we need to push this … and start formulating the Vision, Goals, Objectives & Strategies as reference(to start with) so we could reach & accomplish our vision/goals! Short, Medium & Long terms as well !
We need a STANDARD sample “Foundation Document” as reference & template in formulating one … so we could proceed & para pagdating mo on August ma present & finalize na natin!

See, we need 5 to 15 trustees or directors to incorporate it...
Because we will be needing funds for Wesley's world championship quest and we will need tax breaks...
For example, one of our immediate goal will be to sell Wesley's blog to the highest bidder and we can benefit from a tax exemption...
And in case we decide on a fund-raiser, we can legitimately do so...
