It will only be rated if it's verifed without CBF, that's what Robtop said. You CAN however submit completions/progress vids to the demonlist with cbf, but if you want robtop to rate your level, it has to be verified without CBF.

nullscapes is rated, play the game first before giving an opinion. it'll take some time before demonlist mods finalise the placement. buffbath can't be rated since it simply doesn't fit rating standards. cbf is fully allowed in demonlist
