I think so. From the official rules:
> The top three ranked players of each Open Qualifier will be eligible to participate in the following Swiss Stage
> Eligible players may participate in any number of Open Qualifiers.
I also will miss Saturday.
What about the players who can't play in the Saturday qualifier?

As per instructions on that page, I think the 2nd camera is your phone's:
Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code, which will take you to a page where you can set up your secondary camera. Please note that you'll need to have Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS as your default mobile browser for this step to work.

Yeah, but the issue is, the phone would be my only camera.
If I miss the Saturday qualifier, because I'll be at a tournament, can I still qualify for the main event by playing in just the Sunday one?
