What are your favourite openings?

Hi! Can you please share your favourite openings ( for white and black) and explain why?

For white I like the Italian game as it can be played both passively by developing your pieces and gaining a strong centre, or you can play more aggressively with something like the fried liver attack. And for black I like the scandiavian defence as it immediately puts your oppent in a tricky position and makes them double up their centre pawns.

For white i usually go Ruy Lopez and for black it depends
