Well, i guess i have to go first again, sorry about that, but please share yours, too.

Looking back at my games, one of the most common reasons i blunder is the simple fact that i do not see all, i get focused and my eyes get locked on the last move and the surroundings, not all the way to the other parts and specially not the corners of the board, what happens is there, in those dark corners, a bishop is hiding among the pawns and i often times mistake them for a pawn and make a move only to realise i just got myself another mind blowing blunder and that another game is lost only because i didn't stop to look around well enough.

For instance:

In this situation, i saw the threat, of course, how could you miss it, but i didn't see the dark bishop! So i made the following move:

Had i seen the bishop earlier, i might have made a different move, better or worse, or even the same move in the end, i cannot tell now, but i surely would have thought longer and tried different moves before making this move.

Hope it was helpful

Today i leant that i don't need to make a move my opponent expects me to make, i can surprise them and hopefully win a lost match or at least arrive at a draw, which is alwys better than a loss, the following move was made, threatening the Queen, one might instantly desire to take the threatening piece and put an end to it, however, after a second thought, one can see that having resolved that threat would cost you a whole rook, which is not desireble either, the fact is, as you already must have guessed, one can move the rook and check the enemy, put them in a forced move position which will allow us enough time to save the queen and the rook both, and if all goes well, even win the game over!
