No way, the probablility of other form of life is very low, let alone intelligent life!
There might be other earth-like planets, but that they could also have life and creatures, very rare, and to have life and intelligent life, even worse.
Consider it impossible.
Unless you would like to call 'god' with a capital G an alien, then, we will start a whole new discussion
