He's a dumb loser who thinks by associating himself with chess that he's showing he's an intellectual. It's the equivalent of dumb losers who quote Andrew Tate for the same reasons.

I wouldnt call him dumb, as he manipulated thousands of people in following him as if he was some perfect man, and also hes very rich which is hard to become if ones dumb. However he is a serial liar and cant be happy in life without materialistic things.
