It looks serious. Wouldn’t they just give a warning or mute him otherwise?
Or it might be a mistake. I’ve read in threads these things happen too.

Maybe he got hacked or something I guess.
There was a guy named @Cociiiiiiiiiiiiiiiineee who was asking me my account password to give me a membership lol. Mlp might've fallen in some similar trap.

Exactly what I thought may have happened. He seemed like a nice guy.
It woiuld be weird for him to get banned for abuse. I think this is what happened.
1. He got hacked 2. The hacker changed his name to @soccer, so that MLP8 didn't know his own username and couldn't log in 3. The hacker did something against community guidelines to get MLP8 banned.
what does getting hacked have to do with abuse
The hacker could have done something bad
i don't think his name got hacked, because earlier i heard him saying that he wanted to change his name to soccer
Really? Interesting lol
This is MLP8. I just created this account and will deactivate it after. I have no idea why my account was closed. I have no alt accounts and haven’t broken any rules. I’m working with the Chess.com support team to fix this. Cya

Maybe he used some software online to get a name change but it got detected by chess.com and banned him. Idk tho
Maybe. You mean like a browser extention thingy?
Did he actually break any rules?
