In our last team it was mostly about general support, some reviewing and some opening preparation. General support was good! None of us are geniuses over the Chess board, nice way to maybe improve a little and get some feedback one our games :-)
What happens as a Team

Remember the wisdom of Dan Heisman when you play, you do have time for this exercise at each move:
1. What's all the things my opponent move does (not just: what does he want)
2. Can he check, capture or make threaths to do so?
3. If I pass, can he check, capture or threathen to do so on his next move?
4. Can I check, capture or make threaths to do so?
5. Which other moves are good for me?
6. Which is my best move?
7. Is there another best move?
8. Is my best move safe? (or insane)
Good luck everyone!
What do we do as a team? Do we strategise about upcoming games? Do a little training?
Never been part of a team in a chess event (or played an OTB tournament for that matter). Wondering what goes on...
Thanks, Dean
