Just invite a good player to be your teammate: Find good players; add them as friends and then invite them to a game of teams: If there is enough space, there should be an invite button for that game under the "Play" button. The invite button looks like 2 people with a plus next to it to the bottom right. Click that, and then type the username of the person you want to invite.
