What is a game full of lags that ends with the error code " /0/1 " at the end of the web address ?

I have just finished a game with all 4 players dealing with lag and disconnect issues that ends with the game reset to start and the extension " /0/1 " at the end of the web address with the game number on it. Also an error message that goes away before you get the chance to read it appears near the upper right. Can anyone help figure this out ?

Thank You :

I'm not sure about the lag but I'm pretty sure "/0/1" just means you were at move 0 in viewing the game, and viewing the game from red's perspective (hence the "1" at the end, red is 1, blue is 2, etc.)

/0/1 is the move number pretty sure, don't know about the error messages

If it was the move # wouldn't it just be " 0 " and not /0/1 ? This is a mystery, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who's run across this.

44 , you might be on to something. But why would the game reset a disconnected game at the beginning and not at the restore point like it does 99 % of the rest of the time ?

Probably they (they being the 4 player chess gods) did something with the servers, typically when the servers go down for a moment all players disconnect and the game is restored soon after, with bonus time on everyone's clocks. my guess is that something went wrong when the game went to be reinstated, and basically the server said "screw it let's just make a new game"

yeah, this happens to me a lot.

When you say at the beginning, do you mean in the opening or on the first move?

the game is pretty much erased, but sometimes it comes back after a few minutes (in your archive)

The server couldn't be assed restoring the game any further so it just imploded instead. Happens a lot, but its almost better than having the throne disappear and the game won by 3 players being forced into timeouts.

0/1 means black won, dummy

I have had at least 3 or 4 FFA games in the last 2 days where the server drops.  After 1 or 2 mins the game is restored but nobody can move and everyone times out leaving the last person to move as the winner....super frustrating.

This is an example of game that was dropped but when I came back I couldn't do anything.

The message that disappears before you can read it says something about "Parse Pgn"  it only flashes for a second or two.

You are totally correct. I looked at a game from about 1 hour and 1/2 ago . What you theorise is exactly what I saw at the end of the game. I had yellow, and it ended in /3 . You win the Scooby Doo award, you solved the mystery. Thank you very much .
