What is stronger Wither or Ender Dragon

try putting the enderdragon and wither to fight each other in the overworld or the nether

I've done it before but they don't fight 

then try fighting them one by one 

I searched google and it says that ender dragon does more damage than the wither but the wither can regenereate it's health forever and gives wither effect that can kill you so the wither is HARDER than ender dragon.

Yeah, the Wither also gains health from mobs too

try fighting the ender dragon in the overworld vs fighting the wither in the overworld
