This is one of the many traps in the stafford line, the obvious move Bc4 is losing for white

French exchange variation.

I know you may think this is a boring line but in a lot of positions black castles queenside and attacks whites king and it is a fierce battle

King's Indian because you paralyze the pawn on e4 with the knight on c5 and f6 and attack on the kingside whilst they attack on the queenside
