The secret is to put self check, and checkmate yourself by self check in same time than checkmating the others kings. 

In this example, i resign and became zombie. The berolina is forced to promote a king and the king is instantaneously checkmated because there are 1 check.

So there are a quadruple check, is very very very very very rare. 

I don't think somebody can do better
