Castling helps keep yoru king safe. (If you still have the 3 pawn on the left/right)
what opening is better
it is best to castle at some point in the game, but castling to early is a big mistake that can lead to you losing
never castle (makes your king weak) and never occupy the center (makes your pawns weak). also dont develop your pieces (Opponent might capture them)

Honestly there are very little instances were castling early is wrong, specially if you know your opening.

true, but you should still wait until you know that the best move is to castle, because if you castle to early your opponent can capitalize on it and make the position hard for you.

That's why I said "specially if you know your opening". It's hard to go wrong with castle.
I always use the reti opening but started using the Kings pawn opening. I also stopped castleing. are these valid reasons why I started winning games
