What openings are good for Bug House as white and for black?

Do any of you guys know what openings in Bug House are good? If any of you do, please tell me which ones are good. I really want to know. Thanks,   

Just watch some of the top bug players. Generally though, you want to be more conservative starting out. e4 with white and french as black.  as you get better you will have more options for openings

For lower-level players, he once told me that 1. e4 e5 is very playable for strong players who know what they're doing and you will often see it in high-level games, but that weak players tend to get into trouble.  He recommended that I play the French as black, which I've done with reasonable success.
