What should we do to improve this club?

Any suggestions? I got plans but they are getting difficult to organize properly. WE NEED TO BE A COMMUNITY.

we should d unrated practice matches tournament among the members to improve and learn from mistakes its especially the best way to improve for non premium members

there should be vote chess matches against different countries so we can show our skills to the world.

Nice ideas, vote chess matches have been scheduled... Practise matches are being considered and about social media... we need to put a thought on it

We can hold interclub 3 days competitions and then the winner may be rewarded

Promote female chess player and we need to organize tournaments

We should increase interaction with each other to know better each other

make communities on all social servers,organize online chess events. these are the first steps in my opinion.
