what type of fish???

okay since i want to know you guys' what type of fish do you like fishing for and/or eating 

me personally I like trout I just feel like they are the tastiest fish my biggest trout was 31 inches I caught it in the Columbia River 

salmon are fun. sadly, this year won't be a pink year, so I don't know if I will be able to catch any. the largest fish I have caught was a 5-7 pound starry flounder. (I did not weigh it, but a much smaller fish of the same species weighed 4 pounds. I think my favorite fish to eat is salmon, and the one I want to catch most that I haven't yet is white sturgeon.

31 inches is trophy fish. was it a steelhead?

nope trout  i caught it at a ranch up in Washington the biggest they someone had caught there was 21 pounds the only reason i believe this is 

A. because my uncle in Oregon caught a 24-pound trout and it was massive he thought it was record but the record last time we checked was 26 pounds 

and B. because when i was there they had an 15 pounder in they're giant freezer 

my one was 7 pounds 

flounder to eat, catfish to fish for. the biggest catfish I had was about a foot and a half long, but we usually don't weight or measure our fish.
